Hand Lay-up

The most fundamental technique in composite fabrication. Layers of reinforcement material are manually placed into a mold and resin applied, ideal for custom or low-volume production with complex shapes.

RTM — Resin Transfer Moulding

Resin is injected under pressure into a closed mold, ensuring uniform distribution and high-quality, consistent products with superior mechanical properties. Suited for medium to high-volume production.

Vacuum Infusion

Vacuum pressure drives resin into a dry fiber layup within a sealed mold, allowing a controlled resin-to-fiber ratio, enhancing structural integrity and reducing weight for large, complex structures.

Carbon Fiber Composites
