SleepPod is a modular sleep capsule for hotels, hostels and staff accommodation. Each unit works as two independent mini sleep rooms, entered from opposite sides. Operators can add capacity without adding floor area.
What is SleepPod?
SleepPod is a dual-sided sleeping module that lets two guests use one capsule independently.
One side leads to an upper sleeping area by ladder. The opposite side opens directly into a lower sleeping area. This layout fits more beds into a smaller footprint, which suits compact floor plans and high-occupancy accommodation projects.
What is inside each sleeping space?
The interior is kept minimal and practical. Each sleeping space includes:
- A comfortable sleeping area
- Mirror
- Compact hanging or clothing space
- Dedicated luggage storage
- Foldable work desk
- Multi-purpose pouf
Focusing only on the essentials keeps the sleeping environment clean, calm and efficient.
Interior styles: Oak and Space
SleepPod comes in two reference interior styles, Oak and Space. They show what is possible. The interior design and the overall concept can be changed or redesigned for each project.

SleepPod is not a fixed design. Layouts, finishes, materials and interior details are customised for each project, based on its requirements, operating model and space constraints.
The modular structure lets SleepPod fit different building layouts, user profiles and capacity targets. The goal may be higher occupancy, better circulation or more efficient operation. SleepPod suits both temporary installations and long-term accommodation.
Designed and built in-house
Retech designed and produced the SleepPod system end to end: structural module manufacturing, interior fit-out, custom upholstery, CNC wood works, lighting integration and final assembly.
From the first concept and 3D modelling through to production and installation, every stage is handled by our in-house team at our Gebze facility.
