GRP Bathroom Pod

WetPod GRP Bathroom Pod

One-piece shell. Zero joints.

WetPod is a bathroom module with the floor, walls and shower tray moulded as a single GRP piece. We tailor the size and design to your project, build and test it in the factory, then deliver it to site ready to use.

What is a GRP bathroom pod?

A GRP bathroom pod is a complete bathroom built in a factory and delivered to site as one unit. In WetPod, the floor, walls and ceiling come from a single mould in glass reinforced plastic (GRP), so there are no joints, no grout and no silicone lines for water to get through.

Sanitaryware, brassware and furniture are fitted in the factory. Services are installed and tested before the pod leaves. On site, the pod is craned into place and connected to water, drainage and power. No wet trades are needed in the room.

WetPod builds on our in-house composite production and industrial moulding work in Gebze.

Why choose a one-piece pod?

01

Fully watertight

No grout, no silicone. Leak paths are designed out.

02

One-piece strength

Floor and walls work as one body and resist impact.

03

Fast installation

Craned into place and connected to services. No wet trades on site.

04

Hygienic surface

Non-porous gelcoat and radiused corners keep dirt out.

05

Premium interiors

Wood, travertine and marble finishes, specified to your brand.

06

Long service life

Built to perform for the full life of the building.

How is WetPod built? One shell, five layers.

  1. Separate roof panel

Fitted on site, gives top access to services.

  2. One-piece GRP shell

Floor, walls and ceiling from one mould, gloss gelcoat finish.

  3. Interior and fit-out

Sanitaryware, brassware and furniture installed in the factory.

  4. Integral shower tray

Falls moulded in, no step, slip-resistant finish.

  5. Galvanised steel subframe

Levelling, transport and crane lifting points.

Same shell, different character

Because the shell is moulded, the mould itself can follow your design. Curved walls, soft corners and built-in niches come out of the mould as part of the shell. They are not added later.

These are example concepts. Every pod is built to your project in size, layout and interior design.
